From this foundation of apana (earth energy), we will gently open into supported backbends to lift the heart, expand the chest, and awaken prana, the life-force that fuels clarity, joy, and inspiration. We will conclude with guided pranayama to access Tejas, the inner light of the soul, leaving you steady, spacious, and deeply renewed.
