Step into spring with a practice designed to open, strengthen, and realign the hips, the body’s foundation for movement and stability. Using the Iyengar method, we’ll work with thoughtful sequencing using props to support the hips, knees, and lower back while building both strength and ease.
The workshop begins with a quiet, grounding meditation, then progresses through standing poses, hip openers, and balance work. We’ll close with restorative postures to help the body absorb and integrate.
