Our 4-week Breathwork Coaching and Education Program is a transformative, journey designed to awaken the wisdom that resides within our whole being. This program is tailored for those who seek a deeper connection with the elements, their body, and inner voice, and strengthen their bridge with intuition and spirit. It's an invitation to explore the science of breath and the human body while growing through life's experiences.

Week 1

·     How To Keep A Healthy Respiratory System

Week 2

·     Discover The Magic Of Sound Science

·     The Brain Wave States & How To Navigate Them

Week 3

·     Power of the voice

·     Somatic movement

Week 4

·     Working With The Elements

·     Setting Sacred Space Altars, Prayers, Herbal baths

Weekly sessions include

·     1 hour Transformative Breathwork session

·     1 Hour of education

·     30 Minutes of breath techniques

·     Weekly take home Breath & herbal practice
