Using the Iyengar method, we will focus on alignment to bring harmony to the body, mind and soul. Sandy will guide you through heart opening poses to promote thankfulness, followed by grounding postures to foster stability and nourishment. This session emphasizes precise alignment, supported by props, allowing us to explore gratitude through movement and breath.
