Join Ahnna on a journey into the 4th chakra combining all of her favorite ways to experience and expand the heart space. Yoga, qi gong, massage, aroma therapy, esoteric acupuncture sacred geometry and crystalline sound will be woven together to access the sacredness of the Anahata heart space. Special attention will be on creating a frequency key that will unlock with sacredness of the “back door to the heart”. Class will end in quiet reflection with journalling and watercolor painting to capture the essence of the heart space.
